Some type of recipe in different taste of common vegetables.

Cursed Tilottama

 Ingredients: coconut Cursed or shoal part of the upper the long-Julian cut of 2 cup, two teaspoons of salt, 4 cups water.

 Method: piece of Cursed cut as a design into pieces like photo. Soak in water for an hour. Gently dip down into the water  and shed worriedly  Fry in hot  Brown oil. Then serve it with warm.

  Ingredients of butter:

half a cup of onion, a quarter cup of flour, a little salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of powder, two tablespoons sesame.

Method:       Mix all the ingredients with the amount of water to make a thick guy.

 Ingredients: cauliflower medium one piece, cow or chicken mince half a cup, adabata 1 teaspoon, garlic bata half teaspoon, jirabata half teaspoon, cayenne powder 1 teaspoon, hot spice powder 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce two tablespoons,  lemon juice1 tablespoon,   cheese quarter chopped one cup, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, salt, soybean oil, 1 tablespoon, postadana bata 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon onion, frying for amount oil.

Method: cauliflower stem and petiole are keeping  into the boiling water and boil for 5-6 minutes. In the kima mixed with 1 tablespoon oil, all bata spy, salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce, lemon juice, and sprinkle with cheese and cornflower. Fill in the gaps between the flowers in the cauliflower.  Salad of cabbage

 Ingredients: cabbage one piece;  salt like taste, two tablespoons of lemon juice, chop 1 teaspoon of chili pepper, chopped pudin leaves table spoon, lemon  raind 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder; Meyonej 4 tablespoons, two tablespoons of salad dressing, 1 tablespoon sugar.

Method: outside part of cabbage being clean, cut it in the middle point like it’s size is like a cup. Now the leaves of cabbage cut into fine grain. Chop of leaves mixed with all the ingredients apart from the rest except Moyneg and salad dressing. Keep it in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes. Out from the freeze mixed with Meyonej and salad is dressing in keeping the pot and serve.
